How to make a light yogurt sauce

- A natural skimmed yogurt.
- The juice of a small lemon.
- A garlic clove.
- Extra virgin olive oil with a mild taste.
- A little bit of salt.
- A pinch of ground black pepper.
- A few leaves of cilantro.
Put the yogurt in the blender and add the minced garlic.
Beat well and add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a dash of olive oil.
Beat again and add the chopped cilantro.
