500 ml natural yogurt
50-100 g powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon Bourbon vanilla extract or vanillin sugar pack
- Stir the yogurt in a bowl with a snow bean or the hand mixer creamy.
- Add the sugar gradually.
- When the mass is creamy, add vanilla extract or vanilla sugar.
- Place the mixture in the freezer for a few hours and stir about every 20 minutes.
If the mass is thoroughly frozen and still creamy, the frozen yogurt for consumption is finished.
