Today plays one more for our collection of fast and easy desserts. This easy creamy chocolate yogurt will delight you and I’m sure it will become a classic in your home. Its texture is very soft and as its own name indicates an exquisite creaminess. You can accompany it with some red fruits, like raspberries, cream or whatever you like, and you will make this dessert so easy, in a colorful party end.

Although I have called it yogurt, it is a dessert of chocolate and milk, which has the same taste and texture as a real one, but eye, not in its conservation, see tricks.

Recipe

Ingredients for 8 yogurts

  • 1 liter whole milk
  • 200 ml cream 35%
  • 300 g of special chocolate confectionery
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch dessert
  • 2 envelopes of curd powder

Preparation

  1. We reserved a glass of milk and the rest we put it in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Break the chocolate into pieces and add it to the milk along with the cream, cinnamon, curd and sugar. Stir it to make it undo, if we have been lumps we can use the mixer.
  3. In the glass of milk we have reserved, we dissolve the cornstarch and add it to the milk.
  4. Let simmer 8 minutes.
  5. Remove from the heat, put it in the containers where we go to serve and let cool in the refrigerator.

  1. We put the chocolate in the thermomix 5 sec / turbo.
  2. We reserved a glass of milk and the rest we put it to the glass with the cream, the cinnamon, the curd and the sugar 10 sec / vel 6-7-8.
  3. In the glass of milk that we have reserved, we dissolve the cornstarch and add it to the milk 5 min / 90ºC / vel 3.
  4. Remove from the heat, put it in the containers where we go to serve and let cool in the refrigerator.

Tricks

  • Although we call it yogurt, do not forget that it is a dessert of milk because for its conservation must be in the refrigerator, for a maximum of 3 days.
  • To accompany the chocolate yogurt, nothing better than whipped cream, red fruits or even nuts, choose what you like the most.
  • You can play with the presentation; I served it in canned cans. Do it in something that seems original and will be a success.
